You romanticize feelings of your youth and fantasize about the other lives you might have lived. Hi, I am Michelle.  Wife, mom, daughter, and entrepreneur. 

I’ve been stuck in midlife misery too. In fact just a few years ago I was filled with resentment and fixated on the person I wanted to be in the past, so much so that I almost ruined my marriage.  My reckoning led me on my own journey of self discovery, renewal, and fulfillment. 

Today I help post 30 women who feel stuck stop fantasizing about who they wanted to be in the past, and start living a fulfilling life right now. 

I combine my experience as a Life & Leadership Coach, educator, and instructional designer to provide you with a one-of-a-kind midlife transition coaching experience that guides you in designing the life you want.

Midlife Design: From Misery to Meaning

This is a 3 month high touch Life Coaching program designed for women who are daring enough to do what it takes to design a life they want.

You’re ready to put in the work by being reflective, transparent, and honest with yourself. Most importantly, you are ready to take action.

You know you’re miserable and you can’t imagine living this way the rest of your life.

You are ready to get direction, find purpose, and feel fulfilled and you’ll do what it takes to get it.

What’s Included

3 Months of Coaching that includes:

6 - 60 minute 1:1 coaching calls (via Zoom)

bi-weekly coaching check ins via Voxer for feedback, & accountability

M-F access to me via Voxer


Month 1 - What is Fulfillment?

For the first month we talk each week in alternating 1:1 Zoom coaching conversations and Voxer coaching. In our coaching calls, we explore what’s held you back and get clear on the woman you want to be. I’ll help you explore routines and practices that foster personal awareness. Our Voxer calls will establish accountability and keep you moving forward in your journey. By the end of the first month we will co-design your personal life map that targets your definition of fulfillment and milestones to measure your journey. You’ve experienced a complete reset & are energized by your potential.

Month 2 - Get Unstuck

During the 2nd month we continue with alternating weekly 1:1 60 minute coaching sessions and Voxer coaching. Clarity blooms as you discover what’s holding you back and you feel empowered to make new choices. You gain new perspectives and learn to embrace the woman you want to become. Our check in calls will continue to focus on accountability and encouragement. You start to trust yourself & shift into your personal power that help you make your own choices and take action in your life. 

Month 3 - Go After What You Want

In this phase, we put it all into practice. We continue our coaching schedule to ensure you stay on track to meet your goals. You’ll revisit your personal life map and use it to get clear on the micro actions you want to take. You’ll establish baby steps to put into practice and I’lI keep you accountable, coach you through the challenges, and celebrate the life you ultimately create for yourself. You feel renewed & radiate a lightness & flow that comes from trusting the process.

Here is how you sign up:

STEP 1

Apply to work with me. You will be asked a few questions in the application so I get a general sense of who you are, what you want to receive from this coaching program, and what your initial goals are. 


 

STEP 2

 I will reach out via email to confirm I received your application and I will invite you to set up a 45 minute Zoom introduction call. The purpose of this call is to help us determine if we are the right fit for each other and to make sure you are ready to make this commitment to yourself. 

 

STEP 3

If you decide to invest in the program, I will send everything you need to make it official. After that our first coaching call will begin the first week of the month, and we will schedule all subsequent meetings. You can also look forward to customized resources and exercises that will be shared throughout our time together.
